Our delivery time is next day for regularly scheduled pickups. No need to sort, we only ask that you turn clothes right side out and empty all pockets. We make it simple. Just call or text to schedule your laundry pick up service.
This is my first pickup and I don’t have one of your laundry bags. What do I do?
First time customers should leave laundry at our agreed pickup location in paper grocery sacks (label) or pillow cases. After you are an established Holly Go Laundry client, you'll receive a canvas bag for future use. Additional canvas bags are available for $10 each.
Do I need to be home for pickup and delivery?
No. As long as you give us clear instructions on where to pick the bags up, we’ll handle it from there. Our goal is to make life simple for you.

Do you have a holiday schedule?
Yes, we will notify you of holiday changes to schedules two weeks ahead of time.
Do you wash delicate items?
Please don’t include items that can’t be machine washed and heat dried without damage.
What if I need to cancel a scheduled pickup?
Please call or text us by 8 pm the night before your scheduled pickup to cancel. This is especially important if you've scheduled regular weekly pickups and don't need one. Try not to forget your pickup day! ** We do charge a $25 fee if we come to your address and cannot complete a pickup or delivery. **
Is next day delivery guaranteed?
It is assumed, but not guaranteed. In the very rare occasion that weather or road conditions make next-day delivery impossible, we will make every effort to contact you ahead of time to let you know the situation.
